I forgot to mention that when I got home from work on Wednesday, there was a mystery package waiting for me. I admit to a certain weakness when it comes to online shopping and during my most furious purchasing frenzies will find a box at my door and have no clue what it may contain. Such was the case on Wednesday. For me? But I didn't order anything....did I? Upon closer inspection I took note of the sender....ah, Nikon! My camera has come back from service! I really didn't expect such a quick turnaround. Good job, Nikon. I'll try to remember to send a thank you note or something ~ via email a'course.

So, here's the proof...right now it's snowing. Not a very exciting picture but I'm just so happy to have my camera back I had to share.
In other news, the shelter was closed for adoptions yesterday due to the holiday so no new kitty yet but we did hit the pet store and have all manner of kitten supplies. Food, toys, litter box, etc. I still had Feya's old food and water dishes. I think she a bit suspicious. We'll call around again today and of course I shall post news and pictures as soon as the kitty status changes. Now that I have my camera back I can add to the silly new cat gallery I've put up. I've been going back and tweaking stuff here and there but don't worry, I've no plans to change the entire layout again!
