I got a little snap happy with my digital camera this morning. Not a bad thing seeing as how it will enable me to show you with glaring detail what I should be doing right now instead of blogging. For instance...clean off my desk. Well, the half of it not occupied by my computer and as a result is a giant pile of garbage. Christ I am a slob.

The cat, demonstrating her love affair with cardboard boxes, agrees I am a slob and gives me one of her disapproving looks in case I wasn't sure.

I took some other pictures too. Here is what's left of my Kentia Palm. It would seem I am doomed to failure when it come to keeping that particular type of plant. So be it. Poor bastard has only one frond left. For those wondering, this is what it looked like when I brought it home.

Since it snowed a bit this morning, I couldn't resist popping outside for a moment. With the past few days in the single digits, today's 29° F feels absolutely balmy.

Anyway, here's a shot of some shrubbery and what's left of our hops plant. I do hope it comes back in the Spring. Also, I made a lame ass attempt at an artsy self portrait here and here. My usual disclaimer applies. (that being, I'm no photographer so don't expect much!
