Monday ~ 60 minute hi-low aerobics class. Ahem, I've not done aerobics in approximately twelve years.
Tuesday ~ Half hour riding lesson. Half hour tai ji jian practice. 90 minute yoga class.
Wednesday ~ Completely fucking immobile.
Good job Ms. I Want To Get in Shape Cuz I'm Goin' to Hawaii n' Stuff. The plan was to attend another aerobics class tonight. Yeah, that ain't gonna happen. Maybe, maybe I'll make it to the 9:15AM session tomorrow. Go on, laugh.
